Hyperlocal Delivery

Our fastest option. Hyperlocal delivery brings freshly prepared sweets, namkeens, chaat, bakery items, and restaurant meals directly from your nearest Mithaas outlet to your doorstep, usually within a few hours.

Local Shipment

For deliveries across the wider city and the NCR region — including larger orders, gift hampers, and bulk/corporate requests — we use our own delivery logistics and trusted local courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Coverage: Across [Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Delhi] and surrounding NCR areas.
• Delivery time: Same-day or next-day, depending on location and order. [Confirm windows]

Pan-India Shipping

We ship select packaged and longer-shelf-life products — such as dry sweets, namkeens, cookies, gift hampers, and frozen items where supported — to destinations across India through reputed courier and logistics partners.

• Eligible products: Only items suited for transit — perishable fresh sweets are generally not available for pan-India shipping.

International Container Shipment

As part of our growing frozen and export business, Mithaas ships products internationally through container freight for bulk and wholesale orders — bringing authentic Indian sweets to NRI communities, distributors, and retailers across the world.

• Mode: Sea / container freight (and air freight where applicable) for bulk and wholesale quantities.
• Eligible products: Frozen and packaged products manufactured to meet export and shelf-life standards.
• Compliance: All international shipments comply with applicable FSSAI, export, customs, and destination-country food-import regulations.
• Documentation: Export documentation, certificates, and labelling are handled as per destination requirements.

Packaging & Freshness

Freshness and food safety are at the heart of everything we do. Depending on the product and shipping method, we use appropriate food-grade, sealed, insulated, or tamper-evident packaging to protect quality during transit.

• Perishable items are packed for short transit and intended for prompt consumption.
• Frozen products are packed to maintain the cold chain where supported.
• We recommend refrigerating perishable items promptly upon delivery and consuming within the indicated shelf life.
